    Explore our curated selection of disposables, available for purchase alongside your rental on our pricing page. Ensure a touch of sophistication with our high-quality add-ons. Please note that all extras must be ordered at the time of the Tap Truck rental to guarantee availability.
  • How long before my event do I need to book?
    Anticipate a seamless event planning experience by securing your booking well in advance. We recommend a minimum lead time of two weeks to orchestrate the perfect arrangement of kegs and additional add-ons for your exceptional event.
  • Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests for which the tap truck service is suitable?
    We recommend a minimum of thirty guests to fully experience our tap services, but rest assured, we cater to events of all sizes. Whether it's an intimate gathering or a large event with thousands of attendees, our trucks are designed for efficiency. For larger events exceeding 500 guests, we recommend renting an additional truck for enhanced speed of service.
  • What types of beverages can be served from the tap trucks?
    Explore the diverse range of beverages available for your event, including premium juice mixers, over 100 sodas, juices, and teas – all your favorites. Customize your experience by adding your favorite spirit to our mixers or enjoy them as is. You can even provide your own keg of choice. Local craft breweries also offer kegs that fit seamlessly into our trucks.

    Indulge in over 100 different sodas, teas, and juices. Additionally, we offer premium juice mixers that can be enjoyed with club soda or tonic, providing delightful non-alcoholic alternatives.
  • Are there any restrictions on the locations where the tap truck can be set up?
    Our service spans from Key Largo (including Ocean Reef) to Key West. The location must be accessible for our trucks to drive to, ensuring a seamless setup for your event.
  • Is there a tasting or customization option available before the event?
    With sufficient notice, we can arrange a tasting of our premium juice mixers or send samples for a fee. For more information, please reach out to us directly.
  • Can the tap trucks accommodate outdoor events or festivals?
    Absolutely! Our tap trucks are well-equipped to enhance the experience of your outdoor events and festivals, providing a unique and refreshing beverage service.
  • What happens in case of unexpected issues or malfunctions during the event?
    All bookings are nontransferable and cannot be canceled. In the rare instance of unexpected issues, our team is dedicated to swiftly address and resolve any concerns to ensure the success of your event.
  • Is there a limit to the distance the tap trucks can travel for an event?
    We cover the stretch from Key Largo to Key West. While our current services do not extend to locations on the Mainland, exceptions may be considered – feel free to give us a call for further details.
  • Are there any special permits or licenses required for the tap truck service?
    While we do not mandate any permits or documentation, we recommend confirming with your venue to ensure compliance with any specific requirements.
  • Can I request additional services or customizations for my event?

  • Do your cocktail kegs include alcohol?
    No, our premium juice mixer kegs are intentionally crafted without alcohol. You have the option to infuse your chosen spirit into the keg before the event or have your bartender (or hired taptender) add the spirit per pour. This flexibility empowers you to curate a selection between cocktails and mocktails for your event.
  • Can I sample all of the mixer keg options?
    Explore any of our +1 recipes through delivery, where you'll provide your own spirit (purchase required). For a tasting of our custom blends, an in-person tasting can be scheduled for a more immersive experience.
  • Can you create my custom cocktail?
    Our commitment to satisfaction drives us to accommodate your preferences. Share your recipe with us, and we will assess the feasibility of creating your custom keg. Call us for more details on this personalized service.
  • What size does the cocktail keg come in?
    Choose from our 2.5-gallon or 5-gallon options, ensuring flexibility to suit the scale of your event.
  • How many drinks are in a keg?
    Our 2.5-gallon kegs yield approximately 56 cocktails when poured over ice in a 12-ounce cup. The 5-gallon kegs produce around 112 cocktails in the same setting. For those using a 9-ounce cup, expect approximately 76 cocktails from a 2.5-gallon keg and 152 cocktails from a 5-gallon keg.
  • How many drinks do I need for my event?
    The standard cocktail calculator for weddings recommends planning for 1 drink per guest per hour of serving. For additional flexibility, some suggest counting 2 drinks for the first hour and one per additional hour. Tailor the quantity to your event's unique characteristics and factors.
  • Can I provide my own cocktail keg?
    You're welcome to provide your own cocktail kegs, ensuring they are purchased from an approved vendor. Certain beverages may have limitations due to pulp levels or viscosity. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
